Communities across the country will celebrate National Night Out in the first week of August, usually on the first Tuesday annually. This year National Night Out is on August 6 and there are many communities in and around the Fox Valley that are hosting block parties and community events during that week.
National Night Out is all about promoting police and community partnerships, working together to make communities safer for everyone who lives there. Plus it's just a lot of fun for neighbors to get outside together with their local police departments, fire departments, and other community organizations.
